Pulse.hr and Pulse-rentacar.hr offer an online vehicle rental reservation service. The vehicle will be provided under a separate Agreement concluded with the company Škojo d.o.o., which supplies the vehicle.

Vehicle models and general appearance are not guaranteed. Images and descriptions are for guidance purposes only.

At the time of vehicle pickup, the user must provide a credit card guarantee for any damage to the vehicle, unpaid parking fines, refueling costs, and other charges, in an amount determined by the selected vehicle group. The rental service provider will perform a pre-authorization (reservation) of the amount on the credit card, and this amount will be made available to Škojo d.o.o. within 15 days after the end of the rental period. The pre-authorization amount is determined by the selected insurance option and vehicle group.

To make a reservation, you must be over 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for more than two years. We also accept international driver’s licenses, although they are not mandatory.

Any changes or modifications to the reservation must be sent to the email address: info@pulse.hr. To avoid any misunderstandings, a written confirmation of the changes from our staff is required. If you do not pick up your vehicle within 2 hours of the date and time specified in the reservation, without prior notice of delay, it will be considered that you have canceled the rental.

It is strictly prohibited to use false information or other people’s data when making a reservation. Please note that any such attempt will be reported to the relevant authorities.
