You will need a valid driver’s license, a personal ID card and/or passport if you are a foreign citizen. A credit card pre-authorization (Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, American Express) is required as a guarantee until the vehicle is returned.

2. Can I cross the border with the rental car?

Yes, you can cross the border with the rental car, but you must inform us at the time of pickup so that the insurance remains valid.

3. What should I do in case of a mechanical failure or traffic accident?

In the event of a mechanical failure or traffic accident, please contact us immediately by phone. In case of an accident, you must also call the local police to file a report and collect all details about the participants. Please keep a copy of all documents and reports from the scene.

4. Is it possible to extend the rental period?

Yes, you can extend the rental period by contacting us at least 24 hours before your current rental agreement ends. Your request will be approved based on vehicle availability.
