Conversion statement

Complaints and all other grievances can be submitted in written form via email or regular mail to the following address: info@pulse.hr or to Škojo d.o.o., Ulica borova 1, 31000 Osijek, Croatia. In the case of a justified complaint, contract termination with a refund of the paid amount will be allowed.

All disputes will be resolved amicably. If that is not possible, the competent court in Osijek shall have jurisdiction.
