Pulse.hr and Pulse-rentacar.hr provides online car rental booking service. Rental services will be supplied under a separate rental agreement to be entered into with the Škojo d.o.o. which provides the vehicle.
Vehicle makes and models are not guaranteed. Images and descriptions are a guide only.
During rental period user credit card will be a guarantee for the new damage to the vehicle, unpaid parking fines, the cost of refueling and other charges in the amount specified for the corresponding vehicle group. The service provider will pre-authorize (reserve) amount on the credit card and the same will be made available to Škojo d.o.o. after the rental period up to a maximum of 15 days.
To make a booking You must be 21+ years of age and have a full, valid driving license longer then 2 years. International Driving Licences are accepted but not required.
All changes and additions to your reservation request should be sent to us by e-mail to email@example.com. To avoid misunderstanding of any sort, it is necessary to have a written confirmation from our staff.
If You, without notice, fail to pick up booked vehicle within 2 hours from the reservation date and time shown in your booking we will consider Your booking invalid.
It is prohibited to falsify any data during the booking process, please note that any such attempt will be forwarded to the relevant institutions.
Pulse.hr and Pulse-rentacar.hr offers on-line payment with credit cards supported by WSpay™ system .
Safety during payment
3D Secure protection WSpay™ system uses the highest standards of protection and privacy of information.
All users of WSpay™ are included in the 3D Secure protection, with which safe shopping for the users of the web page is guarranteed. Buyers' credit card numbers are not kept in the system and the input itself is protected with SSL data encryption.
WSpay™ system continually works on raising the safety, which is confirmed by the certificate of coordination with PCI DSS standards. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is the norm which defines safety measures for processing, saving and transferring (communication) of card data.
Claims and all other objections can be lodged in writing or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or to the following address: Škojo d.o.o. Ulica borova 1, 31000 Osijek, Croatia. In the case of justified complaints the contract will be terminated and full or partial refund issued.
All disputes will be settled by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, Court in Osijek, Croatia has the jurisdiction.
